They’re ready to use: pre-proofed and eggwashed. They bake in 10-20 minutes in any type of pre-heated oven, and do not require any specific fermentation equipment. Defreeze 10min at room temperature, bake at 180 degrees during 12 minutes.

Cooking Instructions:
Pre-heat your oven to 200C, in the meantime, place your mini croissants on a baking sheet (fitted with baking paper).
When oven is ready just pop them in for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
All ovens are not the same, we would recommend that you keep an eye (depending on how cooked you like them).
