This Camembert takes advantage of the rich pastures of this fabulous “piece” of Normandy! Manually ladled manufacturing … as it should be! Two large families have created their workshops there for 200 years, which produce a Camembert with a less pronounced taste, perhaps the finest.
Cambremer cider is the naturally recommended drink as an accompaniment.
