Appenzeller takes its name from the name of the canton where the cheese was first produced.
The cheese originates in the north-eastern Swiss canton of the Appenzell near the Liechtenstein border but, today is also made in the canton of St Gallen (which is a siege of a special authority protecting a genuity of Appenzell).
No other Appenzeller® embodies the true spirit of the Alpstein as well as the Black Label does – robust and hearty with a hint of zest.
Expert cheesemakers search for the best wheels to mature in a chilly, damp cellar for a minimum of 6 months. This produces a cheese with an unforgettable flavor, perfect for those who admire the tartness.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
